The idea for Notturno came from travels to Rome. While exploring the city, you come across small bars nestled in alley ways and side streets. These bars act as meeting places, hangouts, and even quick pit stops for light meals and bottles of wine. We wanted to create that experience in Gastown. A Panini Wine bar that is modern but warm, convivial and inviting-a place where everyone feels welcome. In out Paninoteca, it's about the Italian way of life, great conversation, amazing food and wine. A simple concept and high quality.
Our Food
We have created a modern take on Panini and Bruschette. Sticking with the traditional Italian ingredients, our stylish menu takes it to another level with the use of Grappa pouched Pears, fennel crusted Tuna, caramelized figs, house cured Salmon and Duck Prosciutto.
